Everything was fabulous including the server, Kenny, and the 70's music!! My ahi sandwich was as good as anything I have had on the coast. The wine list was eclectic and I could have had more. Service was wonderful and attentive, very accommodating on changes to the preparation.

Incredible meal with wonderful service and family friendly atmosphere! We had the Tuna, sautéed Trout, Spring rolls, Milk Cake! All perfection! Everyone was kind, professional and even found us down the sidewalk to give us our forgotten cell phone😂😊.

Came in late on a Sunday afternoon about an hour before closing. Greeted and seated promptly. Had a choice of indoor or outdoor seating but chose inside as the sun was going down. I ordered the Waterfall Beef and my wife got the ravioli. My dish was very good with tender beef and crispy veggies. Just the right balance of sauce. My wife enjoyed hers and there was plenty to take home for a snack later for her. Mine totally vaporized somehow. Plenty of free parking right in the downtown area. Extensive wine list. Highly recommend.

The lamb and chilean sea bass specials were amazing. The best lamb dish I have ever eaten. The baked brie was absolutely delicious and the apple crumble was to die for. Highly HIGHLY recommend. The service was fantastic and the ambiance was so great!

Walked around downtown Highlands on our first quick stopover and decided to dine at Wild Thyme Gourmet as menu appeals to us. We were promptly seated in a cozy booth without a reservation (maybe it’s Mon!). Food was awesome! Beet salad, waterfall beef and chicken breast were delicious and beautifully presented. Chicken stuffed with olives is such a good idea and beef was so tender. Many great options for desserts and not forgetting a huge wine list. We picked Chocolate pâté and lemon mousse cake. Server was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended place to check out!

Our favorite restaurant in Highlands. We ate here our first night in town and liked it so much we came back for lunch the next day! If there was one place I would have had dinner at more than once on this trip, this would be it. I had the seared tuna for an appetizer and my wife had the fried green tomatoes. Both were outstanding. Entrees were quail and a double pork chop which were equally delicious. We split a desert of lemon layer cake with coffee. Nothing we had was less than perfect. The service was outstanding. This was one of the best trained staffs I have ever come across! The atmosphere is very nice. Classy yet not too formal. Very extensive wine collection! Lunch the next day was the Grilled Chicken and Artichoke Wrap and the Chevre Goat Cheese Sandwich, both of which were as good as our dinner the night before. If I am lucky enough to be back in the Highlands, this will be my first reservation.

This place is a treat. It's a little hard to find as it's tucked away in the back of a courtyard. I had a bowl of black bean soup. My wife had a Portobello mushroom sandwich and a cup of black bean soup. All were delicious. Service was excellent.

What a wonderful experience during a bachelorette weekend! From the moment we arrived, our waiter was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure the bride and all of her guests felt truly celebrated and well taken care of. Hosting a party of 11 is no small task—especially when everyone ordered something different—but every dish arrived at the same time and piping hot, which was seriously impressive. The food, service, and overall atmosphere made for such a memorable night. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back again—this time individually!
